The bespoke journey...

  • Enquiry

    Send Hannah a message or email! Be as detailed as you can about the idea you have in mind; any ring sizes, gemstones, metals etc (this will really help to send you a rough quote)

  • Quotation

    Hannah will provide you a rough quote based on your initial conversation. Quotes are valid for 2 weeks and dependant on final designs/materials

  • Designs

    Once you're happy to go ahead, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and material prices. Hannah will provide you with an initial set of designs, based on conversations

  • Making

    Once designs have been approved by you, Hannah will get to creating your jewellery! This stage is by far the longest part to allow enough time for each special step. Hannah will keep you updated every step of the way with emails and photos where necessary

  • Final payment

    Once your piece is finalised and ready, the remaining 50% will be due, plus any additional items that may have been added (such as extra gemstones etc), as well as any shipping

  • Collection/Post

    The MOST exciting part - your jewellery is finally ready! Once Hannah has taken some gorgeous photos and packed your precious piece, you will receive an email confirming postal address/arranging collection

How much will it cost?

This question is incredibly difficult to give a quick answer to, because there are so many variables. A good budget for a classic, solitaire engagement ring would be £1500.00. Remodelled jewellery prices start at £450.00 for a simple band.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes! All HMJ pieces are available for worldwide shipping, there may be an additional fee - get in touch to find out.

How long does bespoke jewellery take?

A good amount of time would be around 4 months ahead of your deadline. If your ideal timeline is shorter then do get in touch!

Are you able to replicate jewellery?

If you would like an exact replica of an existing piece of jewellery you already own, then yes! Hannah has offered this service before for client's wanting a copy of their mother's engagement ring for example.

As a bespoke jeweller, Hannah would never do a direct copy of another jewellers work or bespoke piece HMJ has created before. Feel free to send Hannah "inspiration" photos, but please know these will be used as inspiration and will not be a replica.
