It's an honour to be able to create incredibly special pieces for you that mark life’s wonderful milestones. All of our jewellery is handcrafted by talented craftspeople, using eco-conscious methods across the business.
Whether you are seeking a one of a kind engraving ring, unique wedding bands, a gift for a milestone, or simply a “forever” piece to treasure, we would be delighted to help you create something truly special.
You can choose to customise or personalise each piece of our jewellery as it is handmade individually. Change the colour, cut or size of stone or choose a different precious metal alloy, platinum, 9ct, 14ct or 18ct yellow, white, or rose gold. If you have sentimental jewellery you would like remodelled we can discuss your options too.
If you would like a fully bespoke piece we would be more than happy to make a completely unique piece for you. Perhaps it’s something you have dreamed up yourself, a hybrid of several designs you have seen online. Due to the time, care and detail involved in creating a completely unique piece there is a minimum spend of £590.00 for remodels and £2,500 for completely bespoke projects.

The Bespoke Process
We start with a consultation. We would love to welcome you into our studio in Swindon, but can of course arrange an online consultation too.
Hannah will create up to 5 sketches based on the design you have in mind. These sketches can be revised once based on your feedback.
Once approved, we will individually source your stones and set them by hand. Your piece will be created using whichever techniques best suit your design, either fully hand fabricated or Computer Aided Design and hand finishing.
We provide your new jewellery in our signature packaging and welcome you to collect or we can ship it to you.

Please let us know as much information as possible, as this will help us to provide you with the most accurate quote and timeline. Let us know any ring sizes, ideal metals, gemstones, diamonds, pieces you have for remodelling etc!
If you are commissioning a ring we will resize it once free of charge to ensure it is the perfect fit. A fee may need to be charged for additional resizing.
Please note, we will not recreate another jeweller's work exactly and we cannot accept returns of fully bespoke pieces.
