"I honestly cannot recommend Hannah highly enough. From the very beginning, she took the time to truly understand both my engagement ring and what I was hoping to achieve with a bespoke wedding band to fit around my low-set toi et moi ring - which was no easy task!

Hannah developed three beautiful design options, including ideas I would never have thought of myself, and each one felt completely thoughtful and personal. We made a few alternations to add in some marquise scatter diamonds at Hannahs suggestion to reflect my engagement ring which made the design utterly perfect. Her creativity and eye for detail are exceptional, and she has already given me inspiration for a future eternity ring, which says absolutely everything about how exciting and confidence-building the process has been.

What really set the experience apart was the communication. Hannah kept me informed throughout with regular Friday updates, which I absolutely loved - it was so special to see and hear how the ring was progressing each week. It made the whole journey feel collaborative, personal and genuinely lovely.

Ellie was also brilliant! She was responsive, organised, and friendly, making everything seamless behind the scenes.

Beyond the beautiful craftsmanship, it’s the care, passion, and professionalism that truly stand out. From expert advice and design development to meticulous making and thoughtful updates, every part of the experience felt considered and special. Even upon collection, in which I was soo lucky to do in person, you could feel their warmth and excitement echoed mine.

"I worked with Hannah to make our wedding bands to match my engagement ring. I had an unforeseen mishap with my engagement ring and following this I decided to go for a remodel of my engagement ring. I was extremely indecisive during the process, Hannah was really helpful and patient throughout and put so much time into going through all the options with me to ensure I was 100% happy with the redesign. Hannah is really knowledgeable and you feel in good hands throughout the process, I trusted her fully with her advice and guidance. Communication throughout the process is great too, Hannah keeps you up to date throughout with messages, pictures and videos. The end result was better than anything I could have ever imagined! Our wedding bands are also absolutely perfect and so well made and my wedding band compliments my engagement ring beautifully. "Where do I start? I’m so grateful to Hannah for creating a beautiful bespoke sapphire engagement ring for me to give to my partner.

I’d never commissioned jewellery before, so I was a apprehensive at first, but the whole process was easy and enjoyable. Hannah and Ellie guided me through everything and kept me updated along the way.

Right from my first enquiry, Hannah stood out — she showed real enthusiasm and interest in my idea, unlike some of the other jewellers I had approached, who felt quite cold and transactional.

After an initial exchange of emails where we talked through designs and budget, she came up with some brilliant concepts and was always open to my input while offering great advice when needed. It was exciting watching the project take shape.

The final cost remained within my overall budget, but did rise from the initial quote as is to be expected as the idea evolved. Hannah was completely transparent about where any additional costs where coming from. I never felt pressured or rushed and I always felt I had the necessary information to make the best decision for me.

Most importantly of all, when the ring was delivered and I opened it for the first time, I was absolutely stunned at how beautiful it was. My partner loved it and it definitely made it more special knowing it was something unique I had helped to create.
