Shipping & Returns
How long will it take to receive my new jewellery once I order?
Every piece of jewellery is handmade and many are handmade to order. This means each piece may have a different lead time.
The expected due date for bespoke orders to be completed will be agreed on an individual basis. But please allow 8-14 weeks for bespoke commissions.
Delivery costs:
Orders are posted with Royal Mail (please note, shipping times do not include production and dispatch time)
- Free shipping over £75
(2-5 working days, tracked)
- UK Tracked 48: £2.99
(2 working days, does not include weekends)
- UK Next Day Guaranteed by 12pm: £12.00
(order before 12pm. Does not guarantee delivery on Saturdays)
Europe:
- Tracked & signed: £15.00
(5-15 working days, does not include weekends)
USA, Canada & International:
- Tracked & signed: £17.00
(10-30 working days, does not include weekends)
For international orders, duties & taxes may by applied to your order. We have no control over these charges and cannot be held responsible if these additional costs occur, nor how much the charges are.
What happens if I am not home when they deliver?
If no one is at home when the parcel is delivered, you should receive a card notifying you of your missed delivery with details of how to re-arrange delivery. The parcel will be sent to your local post office or depot. We cannot be held accountable for any loss or damage incurred while the parcel is with the carrier.
What if I enter the incorrect shipping address?
Please email us as soon as you notice the mistake with the correct address. We will do our best to make the change, however, if your order has already been shipped, we won't be able to change the shipping address or retrieve your parcel.
What should I do if my order has not arrived?
If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 7 working days of the date on which you ordered, pop over an email to hannah@hannahmcdanielson.co.uk
Returns & Refunds
If your item is faulty within the first year we are more than happy to repair or replace the piece. This is only in the case of a fault, we cannot be held responsible for accidental damage such as chains broken while change clothes or being pulled by children.
We cannot accept returns or refunds on fully bespoke items. Please make a considered choice when commissioning custom pieces.
We hope that you will love your new handmade jewellery forever. However, if you wish to return an item you have 14 days to notify us that you would like to return your item and an additional 14 days to send the item back for a refund/exchange.
We don't refund the shipping cost of your order and we don't offer pre-paid returns, so the customer is responsible for the payment of postage and tracking for the returned item. If you choose to return your item using normal untracked delivery then please ensure you ask for proof of postage otherwise we cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return.
