Warranty
We are proud to stand behind the quality and crafts(wo)manship of every piece of jewellery we create. Each engagement ring, wedding band, custom item or signature piece of jewellery is individually handcrafted with care and attention to detail. This warranty outlines what is covered and how we support you after purchase.
Bespoke Warranty Coverage
We declare that your bespoke jewellery will be free from defects in materials and production at the time of delivery.
Warranty coverage term:
We offer a lifetime warranty on bespoke pieces commissioned with us.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in metal or setting.
- Structural faults directly attributable to the original craftsmanship.
If one of these defects is confirmed, we will endeavour to:
- Repair the item, or
- Replace the item with a comparable piece if repair is not possible.
However there are exclusions and limitations to this warranty.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, thinning of metal, or tarnishing or patina.
- Damage caused by accidents, impact, misuse, loss, or improper care by the wearer or those around them.
- Damage resulting from resizing, repairs, or alterations performed by a third party.
- Stones lost or damaged due to wear, impact, or insufficient maintenance.
- Changes in colour or finish due to exposure to chemicals, water, or everyday use.
- Variations inherent to bespoke jewellery, including natural inclusions in gemstones. All gemstones are unique and may display natural characteristics that are not considered defects.
Maintenance and Stone Security
Due to the nature of fine jewellery and daily wear, we strongly recommend:
- Professional inspections yearly.
- Immediate inspection if the piece experiences impact or feels loose
Failure to maintain the jewellery may increase the risk of stone loss and is not covered under this warranty.
Resizing and Modifications
One complimentary resize (where possible) may be offered within a specified period after purchasing an engagement ring or wedding bands. Additional resizing will incur a fee.
Repeated resizing, major size changes, or structural modifications may void this warranty.
Bespoke Design Approval
As each piece is custom-made to your specifications:
- All bespoke jewellery sales are final.
- One complimentary change to a bespoke design can be undertaken. Additional significant design changes will incur a fee.
- Minor variations from sketches, CAD renders, or samples are inherent to handcrafted work and are not considered defects.
