Yes, head to our shipping page to see the shipping costs to your country.

What if I ordered the wrong ring size?

If the ring is from our ready to wear collection you can return the ring for the correct size once. You will be responsible for shipping so please see more on our shipping page and double check your size before buying.

Bespoke rings can be resized once free of charge. Any additional change will be subject to a small fee.

Can I commission a bespoke piece of jewellery?

Yes, we'd love to help! Please get in touch to start the process

Can I design my own bespoke piece?

Yes! We welcome you to be involved in the design process.

Can I use my own gemstones in a unique bespoke commission?

Yes, we work with clients own stones for remodel projects. There can be some design limitations depending on the size, shape and type of gemstone you have though.

Can I use my own metal in a one-of-a-kind bespoke commission?

Yes, we work with clients own gold for our remodel projects. We will need to receive your heirloom or family gold ahead of confirming the details of the final piece. Due to the unknown nature of pieces that were produced a long time ago, heirloom gold doesn't always behave as it should, and there can sometimes be slight colour or weight changes in the production process. If your pieces do not have a readable Hallmark we will need to have it tested to determine the carat of the final piece. The cost of which can be included in the quote.

How long does it take to make a bespoke piece of jewellery?

Depending on the complexity of the design, bespoke projects take 8-14 weeks

How much does a bespoke commission cost?

Our remodels start at £500, for a fully bespoke service we have a minimum spend of £2500. Our bespoke wedding bands vary in price so do get in touch for a quote.
