Role: Operations Manager
Location: Hybrid/flexible working, ideally close or able to commute to Swindon for fortnightly meetings, as well as assisting on photoshoots, events as and when required

This role is suitable for someone looking to put their ALL into a role and the business itself, rather than a freelancer working for multiple businesses

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Be Hannah's right hand in all things operations/marketing
• Manage business ops, project timelines etc
• plan and execute launches, events with deadlines
• Dive into reporting, analysis and lead our review meetings
• Keep website updated and running smoothly (Shopify knowledge is an advantage)
• You will have an admin assistant to assist you on an ad hoc basis
• Develop and implement marketing strategies (emails and socials)
• Support Hannah in the day to day running of the business

ABOUT YOU

• You're a fast learner who is able to manage an array of tasks and projects independently 
• You'll be Hannah's second brain, so strong communication is necessary (she needs someone who isn't afraid to tell her what needs to be done/isn't working etc)
• 2+ years in a similar role with transferable skills
• You'll have a strong initiative for operations and marketing
• You're organised AF and genuinely enjoy planning, hitting targets, meeting deadlines etc
• You value work/life balance and are able to uphold your own boundaries
• You are self led, independent and happy to take the lead when required

• Flexibility around the role, not being afraid to muck in packing orders if the business demands!
• Perfect for someone who is looking to grow with a small but scaling business and develop their role
• Hybrid, remote and flexible working offered, as well as in office if that's your preference! You will be required for in person days once a fortnight and to assist on photoshoots, events etc when required
• From Jan 2026 start

Is this role a 9-5 commitment? Not necessarily, we are very flexible on working hours. The role will initially be a freelance position, with the aim to employ as a permanent member of staff.
