All chains are 2.2mm 18 inch belcher chains as standard. Please get in touch if you would like an alternative chain/no chain

All products are handmade and will require a 1-2 week turnaround, depending on the complexity of the piece.

All products under £100 are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24, over £100 is via Royal Mail Special Delivery. All international addresses will ship via Royal Mail International Tracked

Products can be returned within 14 days from date of postage. Any items that have been personalised (alternative gemstone, size, engraving etc) are classed as "personalised" and will not be suitable for return
